ORDER TRACKING

At License to Chill, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team and we will provide you with further instructions. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
